Crichton Park Run – It’s not all work

What is Crichton parkrun? It is a 5km run – it’s you against the clock.

When is it? Every Saturday at 9:30am. Where is it? The event takes place at The Crichton, Bankend Road, Dumfries DG1 4UQ. What does it cost to join in? Nothing – it’s free!

Grab a post parkrun coffee in Neuro’s Bar, Restaurant and Spa with other runners and volunteers.

AWM’s George Conchie (Group Business Development Director) is a regular volunteer at The Crichton Park Run. Our Compliance Administrator Donna Fleming has taken part in the run and hopes next time to take one of her dogs with her. Drena our Accounts Manager regularly walks the 5k.
